Breathe in the crisp mountain air and savour a quiet evening among the misty hills.

DAY EIGHT | February 10 | Coastal Bliss in Marari

Start the day with a guided nature walk, led by a local expert who will introduce us to Kerala’s coastal ecosystems. The rest of the day is yours—float in the sea, read under a palm tree, or indulge in an Ayurvedic spa treatment. There’s no rush here, just space to breathe and be.

DAY NINE | February 11 | Marari to Kumarakom (1-hour drive)

This morning, we move toward Kumarakom, Kerala’s backwater paradise. After checking into a tranquil lakeside resort, we ease into the slower rhythm of life here. Spend the evening gazing at the still waters, enjoying the soothing call of nature.

Two women. Two continents. One transformative journey.

This retreat is co-hosted by two spirited women whose paths first crossed in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, in 2025 - a meeting that sparked an immediate connection, deep friendship, and shared purpose. When Penny Light, founder of Grit & Grace Adventures, brought a group of travellers to Zimbabwe, she was welcomed by Kerrith O’Fee of Victoria Falls Yoga. From that first shared adventure, it was clear that their synergy was something special.

Though from different corners of the world and at different stages of life, Penny and Kerrith found common ground in their love for conscious travel, community, and personal transformation. Both are entrepreneurs, adventure-seekers, and heart-led facilitators - women who walk their own unique paths with deep wisdom, curiosity, and courage. Together, they offer a powerful blend of wisdom and energy - Penny brings decades of global adventure travel and a deep commitment to uplifting women, while Kerrith anchors the journey with her expertise in yoga, mindfulness, and nature-based wellness.

Now, they’re heading to India - and they’re inviting you to join them.

Your retreat will be guided by their combined energy: playful yet purposeful, nurturing yet adventurous. This isn’t just a trip. It’s an invitation to slow down, to re-align, and to take exactly what you need from the experience - whether that’s space for reflection, connection with a new sisterhood, or simply the chance to reignite your intentions for the year ahead.

Expect to feel held, inspired, and deeply supported. Expect moments of quiet awe, laughter, insight, and soul-nourishing joy. And most of all, expect to return home changed - with stories, clarity, and a renewed sense of self that only comes from saying yes to something bigger than routine.

Come as you are. Let India - and this dynamic duo - guide you the rest of the way.
