RETREAT OVERVIEW:
For this restorative Wellness Retreat we will be focusing on uplifting your holistic wellbeing with a particular focus on Physical Activity, Stress Management and reconnecting with your creativity as a relaxation technique. Each day on this retreat will be a unique combining health, wellness and safari, allowing you to immerse into the bush, disconnect from your stresses and reconnect with your personal wellness.
Through a range of safari activities (game drives, nature walks, birding etc.) you will be afforded the opportunity to get up close with the diverse range of game which roams the concession including elephants, lions, wild dogs, cheetah, buffalo, sable and more!
To uplift your personal health and wellbeing, you can expect a range of activities on offer including; Strength & Fitness Classes, Yoga Sessions, a Stress Management Workshop, a Holistic Wellness Talk-shop, Artistic and Creativity session and plenty of time to engage with your Personal Wellness Guide.

ACCOMMODATION: IGANYANA TENTED CAMP
For this re-energising Health & Fitness safari, we will be hosted at the luxurious Iganyana Tented Camp. Located on an exclusive wildlife concession bordering the famous Hwange National Park, this Camp provides personalised hospitality partnered with wholesome, healthy meals and unforgettable game viewing opportunities both in camp as well as on game drives (day / night) and guided nature walks. This includes elephants, lions, wild dogs, giraffe, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, sable and more!

Consisting of 16 luxury tents, each tent enjoys an African view over an ancient riverbed, now called the Dete Vlei. The tents, connected by natural, level walkways, are positioned to form an attractive arc around an open-plan, decked main area that also features a pizza oven and rustic fire Boma, lounge area, dining deck and a swimming pool which elephants frequent to drink from!
UPLIFTING YOUR HEALTH & WELLNESS
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Each session is approximately an hour long and will take place on our dedicated movement deck overlooking the Dete Vlei. Frequented by wildlife, such as elephants, impala, and giraffe, we may take a moment to pause and enjoy their company during our class.

STRESS MANAGEMENT
In these half hour sessions you can expect to learn a range of practical relaxation techniques including breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditations. In addition, you will have plenty of time to engage with your wellness guide on how to manage your stress.

TALKSHOPS
Holistic Wellness is a complex and interconnected system that produces your current state of health and satisfaction. Through exploring your current state of wellness, we will identify ways to uplift your personal health whilst providing you with the key knowledge and skills required to do so.
YOUR WELLNESS GUIDE & INSTRUCTOR
Kerrith O'Fee is a Zimbabwean-based yoga instructor and virtual wellness coordinator with 5 years experience in health promotion. Integrating her background in Psychology and Industrial Psychology into her work with her clients, she promotes holistic wellbeing, stress management, mental health and encourages a healthy routined lifestyle.

She teaches a range of Yoga styles including Vinyasa, Power, Restorative as well as Prenatal and Postnatal. In addition she instructs fitness classes which include endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility work.
When she is not on her yoga mat, you will find Kerri out in the bush assisting WITA in their anti-poaching and conservation work, or enjoying a sunset overlooking a watering hole (with a refreshing G&T in hand).
